I’ve always been drawn to stories. Not just how they're told, but how they're felt. the quiet build before something meaningful happens. The way memory forms in fragments, textures, and light.
Photography became a way to hold onto those moments. Not to manufacture them, but to notice them—and to shape space when needed so the story can breathe.
That instinct guides everything I do on a wedding day. I move with awareness, give direction with intention, and stay present for what unfolds naturally. The result is work that feels lived in—honest, composed, and rooted in meaning
Outside of weddings, my life is quiet and full. I’ve been married to my wife for over a decade, and together we’re raising two little girls who’ve reshaped how I see time, patience, and legacy. I was born and raised in Chico, and I’ve always been drawn to working with my hands—crafting, building, noticing how things come together slowly and with care.
My faith grounds me, my curiosity keeps me moving, and music is almost always playing somewhere in the background. All of it informs how I show up on a wedding day—present, steady, and attentive to what matters beneath the surface.
