The Hanger

Styled shoots have become a space for us to step outside the pace of wedding days and lean fully into the art of visual storytelling. They’re a chance to build alongside fellow creatives, explore new ideas, and craft imagery that feels editorial, intentional, and emotionally charged.

This shoot at The Hangar in Rancho Cordova was exactly that — cinematic, nostalgic, and rich with texture. There’s something timeless about those old hopper planes paired with vintage cars, like scenes pulled from a film just waiting to be remembered. While this wasn’t a real wedding, the couples we worked with brought so much presence and chemistry that the images feel anything but staged.

From the dripping wax candles to the macaroon-layered cake and the way the harsh light caught on metal and lace — every detail carried weight. It’s one of those shoots that lingers, and some of my favorite frames came from this day.

These aren’t just practice runs — they’re crafted moments, born from creative vision and built in community. And I can’t wait to keep making more.
